S-Cat Electro

This week I planned on showcasing Ella Fitzgerald’s stunning and historically significant 1960 recording of How High the Moon.
Ella’s Berlin performance is musically transcendent and features some of the best scat ever heard on the known planets, Nibiru excluded.
But here on Friday Soundtrack we pride ourselves on presenting a varied soundscape for your aural pleasure. Ella’s had her time. So be gone, I say! Leave. Now.
Bring on the new.
Bring on the electro.
Bring on the old man from Hastings.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, by way of the Russian agent who watches over me 9 hours a day, John Digweed and his remix of Psycatron’s ‘Memories of the Moment’.
While the electronic music industry suffers from a case of ADD wherein the difference between hot and not can meana few short weeks, Digweed maintains a devoted group of followers, all intent to hear his next catchy contribution to the progressive tech-house genre.
All in all, definitely worth lending your ears to.

Спасибо, Alexei.
